I'm super late to the Crystal Antlers party, as I was only introduced to them by a close friend a little over a month ago. Tardiness aside, this is a pretty good time to play catch up, as their full length LP, Tentacles, is available digitally via iTunes today. I'm still debating whether or not to pick it up now or wait for the April 7 physical release date, but rest assured it will be a definite purchase. I've totally bought in to these dudes, who sound like Comets on Fire if they chilled out just enough to fit their radness into a slightly more traditional song structure and make their lyrics decipherable.Here's a song off of the much-ballyhooed EP. It kinda drives home the Comets on Fire comparisions.
