Gahh!! Great news from Kompakt. The Field, one of my favorite albums and live performers from 2007, will be releasing an follow up album for me to fawn over on the 25th of May. Entitled Yesterday & Today, the drummer from Battles will be one of the albums "surprises" and we should all expect "a much more organic affair." I think that means guitars?? This year is finally looking up...now excuse me while I go make room at the top of my "Best of 2009" list.
